Echoes

This series is my first exploration of the ICM technique (Intentional Camera Movement). With Turner’s seascapes in mind and inspired by the work of British photographer Alan Humphris, I sought abstraction — softening shapes and giving full prominence to the colors and light of the sunset over one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

The result, to paraphrase Humphris, is “an echo of light”.
